En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Automation (#20788-8-5) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de pruebas funcionales y no funcionales para productos digitales.
  • Participar en el refinamiento de historias de usuario y definición de criterios de aceptación.
  • Diseñar casos de prueba aplicando técnicas de testing y buenas prácticas de Quality Engineering.
  • Implementar y mantener frameworks de automatización para aplicaciones web, móviles y APIs.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión, seguridad y rendimiento.
  • Gestionar datos de prueba para ambientes de desarrollo, certificación y producción.
  • Automatizar pruebas backend, frontend y mobile.
  • Gestionar defectos y asegurar su seguimiento hasta el cierre.
  • Definir riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos relacionados con las actividades de QA.
  • Ejecutar y monitorear planes de pruebas y resultados de certificación.
  • Promover prácticas de Continuous Testing y mejora continua de calidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios dentro de entornos ágiles.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en QA Automation o Quality Engineering.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia sólida utilizando Selenium.
  • Experiencia desarrollando automatizaciones con Java.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo enfoque BDD.
  • Experiencia utilizando Cucumber.
  • Experiencia utilizando Karate DSL.
  • Experiencia en automatización de pruebas móviles con Appium.
  • Experiencia en pruebas y certificación de APIs.
  • Experiencia utilizando Postman y/o SoapUI.
  • Experiencia automatizando APIs con Karate DSL y Java.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas de rendimiento utilizando JMeter.
  • Experiencia utilizando TestNG.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Jenkins.
  • Experiencia utilizando Git y herramientas de control de versiones.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira y Xray.
  • Conocimiento de lenguaje Gherkin.
  • Experiencia diseñando estrategias y planes de prueba.
  • Experiencia en administración de casos de prueba.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y colaborativa.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación ISTQB.
  • Experiencia utilizando Rest Assured.
  • Experiencia utilizando Serenity BDD.
  • Conocimiento de DevSecOps aplicado a pruebas.
  • Experiencia en administración de datos de prueba.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de diseño de automatización.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas funcionales en dispositivos móviles.
  • Conocimiento de pruebas de seguridad y OWASP.
  • Experiencia en pruebas no funcionales móviles.
  • Experiencia utilizando Dynatrace.
  • Conocimiento de MongoDB.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Bitbucket.
  • Conocimiento de estrategias de performance testing.
