En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Quality Engineering Automation con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Participar en la definición y refinamiento de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación para pruebas funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Diseñar estrategias de pruebas alineadas con estándares y mejores prácticas de Quality Engineering.
  • Estimar, priorizar y planificar actividades de testing, automatización y aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar casos de prueba utilizando técnicas avanzadas de testing.
  • Elaborar escenarios y casos de prueba utilizando sintaxis Gherkin.
  • Implementar, mantener y optimizar frameworks de automatización de pruebas.
  • Gestionar datos de prueba para ambientes de desarrollo, certificación y producción.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, no funcionales, seguridad y rendimiento durante todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
  • Gestionar defectos, riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos relacionados con actividades de QA.
  • Monitorear resultados de ejecución de pruebas y asegurar la trazabilidad de la calidad.
  • Implementar y ejecutar planes de pruebas de ratificación y validaciones post producción.
  • Promover prácticas de Continuous Testing y mejora continua dentro del equipo.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 4 a 6 años de experiencia en Quality Engineering o QA Automation.
  • Experiencia sólida en automatización de pruebas utilizando Selenium.
  • Experiencia utilizando Karate DSL.
  • Experiencia utilizando Rest Assured.
  • Experiencia utilizando Serenity BDD.
  • Experiencia con Appium para automatización móvil.
  • Experiencia utilizando Cucumber y enfoque BDD.
  • Conocimiento de Java y/o JavaScript.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira y Xray.
  • Experiencia redactando escenarios mediante Gherkin.
  • Experiencia implementando estrategias de pruebas funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Experiencia en pruebas backend y automatización de APIs.
  • Experiencia en automatización de pruebas web.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jenkins para Continuous Testing.
  • Experiencia utilizando Bitbucket y herramientas de control de versiones.
  • Conocimiento de gestión y administración de datos de prueba.
  • Experiencia en administración de escenarios y casos de prueba.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación ISTQB.
  • Conocimiento de DevSecOps aplicado a pruebas.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales sobre dispositivos móviles.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de diseño para automatización.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas de rendimiento.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de Performance Testing.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas de seguridad.
  • Conocimiento de OWASP.
  • Experiencia en pruebas no funcionales para plataformas móviles.
  • Experiencia utilizando Dynatrace.
  • Experiencia utilizando Postman.
  • Conocimiento de MongoDB.
