En Coforge estamos buscando Senior SAP Solution Architect (#20787-11-14) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar el diseño, definición e implementación de arquitecturas de solución alineadas a la estrategia de negocio y arquitectura empresarial.
  • Elaborar y consensuar roadmaps tecnológicos para distintas iniciativas y unidades de negocio.
  • Definir arquitecturas AS-IS, de Transición y TO-BE considerando aplicaciones, datos, integraciones e infraestructura.
  • Evaluar tecnologías y proponer soluciones escalables, seguras y alineadas a las mejores prácticas de la industria.
  • Liderar sesiones de validación técnica y funcional con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
  • Participar en la definición de estándares y lineamientos de arquitectura empresarial.
  • Identificar y gestionar deuda técnica, riesgos y excepciones arquitectónicas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y proveedores para asegurar la correcta implementación de las soluciones.
  • Promover la reutilización de componentes y capacidades dentro de la organización.
  • Participar en comités de arquitectura y gobierno tecnológico.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Arquitecto de Soluciones.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia como Líder Técnico, Arquitecto, Technical Lead, Gestor de Proyectos Estratégicos o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia diseñando soluciones empresariales basadas en SAP.
  • Experiencia trabajando con módulos SAP: SAP ERP SAP FI SAP SD SAP MM SAP HR/HCM SAP SCM
  • Conocimiento de frameworks de Arquitectura Empresarial como TOGAF.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo marcos ágiles como Scrum, SAFe y Lean.
  • Experiencia diseñando soluciones cloud bajo modelos IaaS, PaaS y SaaS.
  • Experiencia en Microsoft Azure.
  • Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas empresariales considerando capas de aplicaciones, datos e infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en Open API Framework.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de arquitectura como Circuit Breaker y CQRS.
  • Capacidad para liderar discusiones técnicas y funcionales con diferentes niveles organizacionales.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Capacidad para liderar múltiples iniciativas tecnológicas simultáneamente.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Certificación AWS Solutions Architect.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en prácticas DevOps.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura de integración de datos.
  • Conocimiento de DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Experiencia en gobierno y gestión de datos.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital empresarial.
  • Experiencia en ecosistemas SAP integrados con plataformas cloud y servicios corporativos.
