Dafür suchen wir Menschen, die KI wirklich verstehen und lieben, die Potenziale sehen, bevor andere sie erkennen, und die Lust darauf haben, ein ganzes Unternehmensökosystem in Bewegung zu bringen.

Als AI Innovation Lead wirst Du zentrale:r Ideentreiber:in für die gesamte Lenze-Gruppe. Du gestaltest die innovative Zukunft unseres Unternehmens.

Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Freiraum, KI wirklich zu prägen: Du treibst Innovationsprojekte voran, identifizierst Potenziale und entwickelst neue Ideen, die Produkte, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle verändern können.
  • Etwas Neues aufbauen: Du gestaltest das KI-Kompetenzzentrum der Lenze-Gruppe von Beginn an mit. Gleichzeitig entwickelst Du KI-Produkte und Prototypen und baust ein starkes Innovationsnetzwerk auf.
  • Ein interdisziplinäres Umfeld: Du arbeitest mit KI-Entwickler:innen, Innovation Manager:innen, UX Designer:innen und Softwareentwickler:innen zusammen, ergänzt durch Hochschulen, Start-ups und Industriepartner.
  • Ein Raum, der Innovation ermöglicht: Unser DOCK ONE wurde bewusst dafür geschaffen, Ideen zu entwickeln, auszuprobieren und erfolgreich weiterzuführen.
  • Sichtbarkeit weit über das eigene Team hinaus: Du bist Ansprechperson für Kolleg:innen, Führungskräfte und Fachexpert:innen in der gesamten Lenze-Gruppe, wenn es um KI geht.
  • Echte Wirkung: Deine Arbeit endet nicht beim Prototyp, sondern findet ihren Weg in Produkte, Kundenprojekte und Innovationspartnerschaften.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du verstehst KI in der Tiefe. Du kennst die Prinzipien hinter modernen KI-Systemen, verfolgst Entwicklungen in Forschung und Industrie und erkennst früh, welche Technologien das Potenzial haben, Produkte, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle grundlegend zu verändern. Du kannst Chancen von Hypes unterscheiden und aus technologischen Möglichkeiten konkrete Innovationen ableiten.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in Software Engineering und Systemarchitektur und hast komplexe Systeme erfolgreich von der Konzeption bis in den produktiven Betrieb umgesetzt.
  • Du hast Lust, für KI zu begeistern. Du bringst Menschen aus IT, Business, Design und Forschung zusammen und schaffst gemeinsam mit ihnen Neues.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung. Nicht als Titel, sondern als Selbstverständnis. Du willst gestalten, Entscheidungen treffen und Dinge voranbringen.
  • Im Teamalltag sprechen wir Deutsch. Idealerweise scheust Du Dich jedoch nicht davor, auch Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben.
  • Nicht zuletzt hast Du den Mut für neue Wege, ehrliche Diskussionen, Experimente und Erkenntnisse, die etwas verändern.
