Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du gestaltest die (Weiter–)Entwicklung unserer innovativen Softwarelösungen – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis hin zum Einsatz bei unseren Kund:innen.
  • Gemeinsam im Team programmierst Du im Front- und Backend neue Lösungen oder passt bestehende Lösungen an die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen an.
  • Dafür besprichst Du gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen Bedarfe und setzt diese in einzelne Arbeitspakete um.
  • Du arbeitest im agilen Umfeld (Scrum, Kanban) mit modernen Webtechnologien sowie KI-Tools. Dabei unterstützt Du bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse und -methoden.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du besitzt mindestens drei Jahre professionelle Berufserfahrung in der Full-Stack Softwareentwicklung und programmierst gerne mithilfe von KI-Tools.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, in einem agilen Team zu arbeiten und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie Dich professionell weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du bringst hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse mit und scheust Dich nicht davor, auch Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben.
  • Und: Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen mit unserem Tech-Stack (Java, Spring, React, REST-Services, Tomcat…). Alternativ hast Du hohes Interesse, Dich in diese Technologien einzuarbeiten.
