Wir suchen ab sofort Java Developer mit Erfahrung und Herzblut. Wenn Du Lust hast, in einem tollen Team Dein Know-how und eigene Ideen einzubringen, bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrung als Java Developer in einem unserer agilen Entwicklungsteams ein. Dabei gestaltest Du Softwarelösungen aktiv mit: Von der ersten Idee über die Architektur bis hin zum Einsatz bei unseren Kund:innen.
  • Du entwickelst mit modernen Technologien und Methoden (Clean Code, Pair Programming, Code Reviews…) und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungen nicht nur funktionieren, sondern begeistern.
  • Als erfahrene:r Developer übernimmst Du Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen und die Umsetzung komplexer Features.
  • Im Team setzt Du Impulse für neue Prozesse und Methoden und unterstützt als Mentor:in gerne auch jüngere Teammitglieder.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Java und objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung – egal ob durch Studium, Ausbildung oder als Autodidakt:in erworben – und hast bereits mehrere Jahre in einem professionellen Umfeld programmiert.
  • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code und Design Patterns mit und kennst Dich mit modernen Frameworks und Tools aus (z. B. Spring, Docker, REST, Security…).
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Spaß daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie Dich technisch und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Im Alltag duzen wir uns und sprechen Deutsch. Idealerweise scheust Du Dich aber nicht davor, auch Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben.
