Du arbeitest vom ersten Tag an in unserem modernen und teamorientierten Software-Unternehmen und lernst parallel die Theorie am Schulzentrum SII Utbremen. Durch die Entwicklung und Anpassung von Software für unsere Kund:innen – vor allem mit Java und Webtechnologien – erlangst Du allumfassendes IT-Fachwissen und eignest Dir fundierte Coding-Skills an.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Entwickeln, Dokumentieren und Testen von Software-Anwendungen.
  • Programmieren von maßgeschneiderten Systemlösungen.
  • Arbeit mit verschiedenen Datenbanken.
  • Anwenden von Projektmanagement-Skills.
  • Eintauchen in unsere vielfältigen Software-Teams und encoway-Produktwelt.
  • Dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln und dabei auf die Unterstützung und das Know-how unseres großartigen Ausbildungsbereichs zählen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du begeisterst Dich für Informatik und das Programmieren.
  • Dich zeichnen Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit aus.
  • Und: Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit, da wir in unserem Team-Alltag Deutsch sprechen.
