In unserem erfolgreichen IT-Unternehmen übernimmst Du die Leitung spannender Kundenprojekte für Industrieunternehmen im DACH-Raum.

In einem unserer agilen Softwareteams arbeitest Du flexibel und selbstbestimmt. Regelmäßige 1:1‑Gespräche, interne Workshops und echte Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten sorgen dafür, dass Du Dich nicht nur fachlich, sondern auch persönlich bei uns weiterentwickeln kannst.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du leitest IT-Kundenprojekte von der Idee bis zum Go-Live – strukturiert, transparent und mit Blick auf die übergeordneten Ziele unserer Kund:innen. Mit unserer hauseigenen Angebotssoftware (CPQ: Configure, Price, Quote) unterstützt Du dabei, Vertriebsprozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du denkst Dich in Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse hinein und verstehst, wie technische Lösungen echten Mehrwert schaffen. Dabei fragst Du auch kritisch nach, um gemeinsam mit den Kund:innen klare Prioritäten und tragfähige Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Du behältst Budget, Aufwände und Rahmenbedingungen im Blick, führst Aufwandsgespräche auf Augenhöhe und sorgst für eine transparente sowie wirtschaftliche Projektsteuerung.
  • Auch intern gestaltest Du aktiv mit: Du erkennst Muster in Kundenanforderungen, ordnest diese ein und bringst Impulse in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen ein. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Deinem Team, dem Vertrieb und dem Produktmanagement zusammen.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast idealerweise ein Studium mit technischem oder kaufmännischem Hintergrund absolviert. Alternativ überzeugst Du durch Dein Mindset und Dein großes Interesse an technischen Lösungen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
  • Du besitzt Berufserfahrung im Management von IT- oder Softwareprojekten – bestenfalls im B2B‑Umfeld und mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban.
  • Ob im Workshop, Kundentermin oder Teammeeting: Du kommunizierst klar und empathisch, kannst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenbringen und bei Bedarf auch begründet „Nein“ sagen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Projekte, denkst gerne einen Schritt voraus und hast Lust, Dich fachlich, methodisch und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Im Alltag duzen wir uns und sprechen Deutsch. Idealerweise fühlst Du Dich auch im Englischen sicher – schriftlich wie mündlich.
