Als Senior Product Designer (m/w/d) entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit einem Product Manager und einem Tech Lead CPQ-Softwareprodukte für komplexe Vertriebsprozesse.

Unter Product Design verstehen wir bei encoway mehr als Anforderungsaufnahme, Feinspezifikation und visuelles Design. Product Designer gestalten das Produkt aktiv mit: Sie erkennen Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig, helfen bei der Identifikation der richtigen Probleme und treffen gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam fundierte Produktentscheidungen.

Die Gestaltung von Oberflächen ist dabei wichtig, aber nicht der Kern der Rolle. Wenn Du die spannendste Phase der Produktentwicklung in Discovery, Nutzerverständnis und Produktentscheidungen siehst, bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du arbeitest in einem Product Trio mit einem Product Manager und einem Tech Lead zusammen. Dabei bist Du Teil des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus – von der Problemidentifikation bis zum Einsatz bei Anwender:innen.
  • Als Teil des Trios findest Du heraus, welche Herausforderungen für unsere Anwender:innen wirklich relevant sind, und priorisierst sie gemeinsam mit dem Team.
  • Du planst und führst Discovery-Aktivitäten durch, sprichst regelmäßig mit Kund:innen und Anwender:innen und gewinnst daraus wichtige Erkenntnisse für die Produktentwicklung.
  • Du machst Chancen und Risiken sichtbar, entwickelst und testest Lösungsansätze und triffst hierdurch fundierte Produktentscheidungen.
  • Nicht zuletzt hinterfragst Du bestehende Lösungen und stärkst die Product-Design-Kompetenz innerhalb der gesamten Organisation.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Product Designer in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte sowie in der Product Discovery gesammelt.
  • Nutzerbedürfnisse zu verstehen und daraus wertvolle Erkenntnisse für Produktentscheidungen abzuleiten, gehört zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Du gehst komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert an, kommunizierst klar und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für Deine Themen.
  • Du hast Freude daran, Dinge anzustoßen, zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam mit anderen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Du hast Erfahrung mit Continuous Discovery, Opportunity Solution Trees, Assumption Mapping, Experiment Design, outcome-orientierter Produktentwicklung oder in komplexen, erklärungsbedürftigen Domänen.
