Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Bei uns übernimmst Du die Leitung von IT-Projekten für unsere Enterprise-Kunden – führende Industrieunternehmen im DACH-Raum. Deine Kunden begleitest Du ganzheitlich: von der Konzeptphase über das Angebot bis hin zum Go-Live und Rollout.
  • Dabei arbeitest Du strategisch und operativ mit unseren Enterprise-Kunden zusammen und führst Deine Projekte zu nachhaltigem, wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.
  • Du denkst Dich in Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse hinein, erkennst zusätzliche Kundenbedarfe, Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale und entwickelst Lösungen mit Mehrwert.
  • Du behältst das Budget und die Ressourcen im Blick, führst Aufwandsgespräche, erstellst Roadmaps und sorgst für eine transparente und effiziente Abrechnung.
  • In einem unserer agilen Softwareteams arbeitest Du flexibel und selbstbestimmt. Regelmäßige 1:1-Gespräche, interne Workshops und echte Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten fördern dabei Deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein Studium mit technischem oder kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt absolviert. Alternativ überzeugst Du durch Dein großes Interesse an technischen Lösungen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT- oder Softwareprojekte mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) mit – idealerweise im B2B- oder Enterprise-Umfeld sowie mit hybriden Geschäftsmodellen (Produkt- und Projektgeschäft).
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du versiert im Kundenmanagement und insbesondere in der Kommunikation mit Management- und C-Level.
  • Ob im Workshop, Kundentermin oder Teammeeting: Du zeichnest Dich durch Verhandlungssicherheit, souveränes Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch – aus.
  • Du bist pragmatisch, team- und kundenorientiert, denkst unternehmerisch und hast Lust, Dich und unsere Organisation kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
