岗位职责 1. 负责研发和实现机器人智能感知与行为决策算法，包括但不限于 强化学习（RL）、模仿学习（IL） 以及 视觉-语言-动作（VLA）模型，提升机器人在真实环境下的泛化与复杂任务执行能力。 2. 设计和优化多模态学习体系架构，将视觉、语言和动作等信息融合，驱动机器人在动态现实场景中的理解与交互能力。 3. 基于 ROS/ROS2 构建系统级算法集成框架，实现实时性（例如响应 < 100ms）与稳定性要求，支持整机调度与闭环控制。 4. 负责运动控制、路径规划、力控制等底层控制智能算法在真实机器人本体上的落地，实现高效、精准操作。 5. 研究并实现 VLA、RL/IL 等前沿学习框架的机器人应用，推动算法从仿真验证到真实系统部署。 6. 构建规范的数据处理、训练与评估流程，持续优化模型性能与鲁棒性。 7. 撰写技术方案、设计文档与调研报告，推动团队算法能力提升，并有机会发表高质量学术论文或技术文章。

任职要求 - 计算机科学、人工智能、控制科学与工程、机器人学或相关专业硕士及以上学历。 - 扎实的机器学习和机器人学基础，熟悉运动学、动力学、控制理论、SLAM、运动规划等。 - 熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python，具有良好的软件工程能力和系统级调试能力。 - 熟悉 ROS/ROS2 开发，了解机器人系统架构与调试流程。 - 在强化学习、模仿学习及多模态学习领域有实战经验（如行为克隆、策略梯度、VLA 模型等）。 - 有机器人系统部署经验者优先（包含仿真验证 + 真实 robot 联调）。 - 具备良好的团队协作能力、问题定位分析能力与文档化习惯。
