岗位职责 1. 负责智能遥操数据采集系统的硬件方案设计与落地，包括传感器选型、接口定义、电源方案与系统架构制定。 2. 负责数据采集相关嵌入式系统开发与调试，包括 MCU / 嵌入式 Linux 平台的驱动开发、外设通信与系统集成。 3. 负责多传感器数据采集链路的硬件实现与稳定性优化，保障图像、力觉、IMU、关节状态等数据的准确采集与可靠传输。 4. 参与采集系统整体架构设计，完成前期技术可行性分析、硬件原型设计、测试验证与迭代优化。 5. 负责硬件调试与问题排查，定位电源干扰、信号完整性、EMI、电磁兼容、接口异常等问题。 6. 配合软件、算法、机器人团队完成整机联调与实机测试，保障采集数据质量与系统稳定性。 7. 建立数据采集系统测试流程与验证规范，包括带宽测试、稳定性测试、环境适应性测试等。 8. 编写并维护相关技术文档，包括硬件设计说明、接口文档、调试手册与测试报告。

任职要求 - 电子工程、自动化、通信工程、机器人工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 具备 3-5 年嵌入式硬件或系统开发经验，有机器人、工业设备或复杂数据采集系统相关经验优先。 - 熟悉常见嵌入式平台（STM32 / NXP / ESP32 / 嵌入式 Linux 等）开发与调试流程。 - 熟悉常见通信接口与协议，如 UART、SPI、I2C、CAN、RS485、Ethernet 等。 - 具备电路设计与调试能力，熟悉电源设计、信号完整性、EMI/EMC 基础知识。 - 熟悉示波器、逻辑分析仪、电源分析仪等调试工具的使用。 - 熟悉 Linux 基础开发与调试能力，能进行系统部署与问题排查。 - 具备良好的问题分析能力与跨团队协作能力。
