岗位职责 1、负责机器人及相关部件的结构设计，包括方案设计、三维建模、零部件设计和工程图绘制。 2、根据产品需求，完成机器人本体、关节、支架、外壳及内部安装结构等设计，满足装配、强度和使用要求。 3、参与电机、减速器、轴承及传动部件的选型，配合完成机械、电气和传感器的安装布局。 4、跟进零部件加工、样机装配与调试，解决加工和装配过程中出现的结构问题。 5、配合开展样机测试，根据测试结果优化结构，提升产品可靠性、可维护性和装配便利性。 6、编制并维护工程图纸、BOM、装配说明及相关设计文档，与供应商沟通加工工艺及技术要求。

1、硕士研究生及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、机电一体化、机器人工程或相关专业。 2、具有 3 年及以上结构设计或机械设计相关工作经验，能够独立完成基础零部件设计、工程图绘制及装配设计。 3、熟练使用 SolidWorks、Creo（Pro/E）、UG NX、CATIA 中至少一种三维设计软件，能够完成零件建模、装配设计、干涉检查和工程图输出。 4、熟悉 AutoCAD，能够进行二维图纸绘制与修改。 5、具备机械设计基础，了解尺寸公差、形位公差、材料选型及常见连接方式。 6、了解 CNC 加工、钣金、注塑及 3D 打印等常见工艺，能够结合加工和装配要求开展设计。 7、具备一定的动手能力，能够参与样机装配、问题排查和结构改进。 8、工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通协作能力和技术文档整理能力。 加分项 1、有人形机器人、扫地机器人或工业机器人结构设计经验。 2、有机器人关节、机械臂、移动底盘、传动机构或末端执行器设计经验。 3、熟悉电机、减速器、轴承、丝杠及同步带等部件的选型与应用。 4、使用过 ANSYS、Abaqus 或 SolidWorks Simulation，能够开展基础静力学、模态或结构强度分析。 5、有产品从设计、打样、装配验证到量产导入的项目经验。 6、有结构轻量化、成本优化、防尘防水或可靠性改进经验。
