岗位职责 1. 负责机器人本体及灵巧手本体的整体结构方案设计与产品化落地，包括机械结构设计、驱动方案选型、模组布局与系统集成。 2. 参与机器人产品从概念设计、原型验证、小批量试产到量产导入的完整流程。 3. 制定本体结构与执行机构技术方案，包括关节模组设计、传动结构设计（谐波/行星/直驱等）、力矩密度优化与散热设计。 4. 负责与 OEM 厂商对接，输出结构设计文件、工艺要求与质量标准，跟进打样、试产与问题闭环。 5. 推动机器人本体从“设计主导 + OEM 生产”逐步过渡到“核心部件自研 + 自主制造”的能力建设。 6. 参与灵巧手结构设计与优化，包括手指机构设计、驱动布置、传动方式选择与装配可靠性设计。 7. 负责关键结构强度分析、刚度分析、可靠性验证与寿命评估，优化重量、成本与性能之间的平衡。 8. 协同控制、电气、算法团队完成整机联调，解决结构振动、间隙、精度漂移、装配误差等工程问题。 9. 建立机器人本体设计规范、BOM 管理流程、版本管理体系与量产质量标准。

任职要求 - 机械设计、机械工程、自动化、机器人工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 具备 3-8 年机器人、自动化设备或精密机械产品设计经验。 - 熟悉机器人本体结构设计原理，理解关节模组、传动结构与整机刚度设计逻辑。 - 熟练使用至少一种主流机械设计软件（SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA 等）。 - 具备完整产品开发经验，参与过从原型到量产的项目优先。 - 熟悉加工工艺与制造流程（CNC、注塑、压铸、钣金、装配工艺等）。 - 具备与代工厂沟通协作经验，能独立推进样机问题整改与结构优化。 - 具备良好的系统工程思维与跨团队协作能力。
