职位要求： 1.1年以上机器人、自动驾驶或具身AI相关领域测试开发经验； 2.精通Python后端开发，有FastAPI/Django/Flask等框架的大型项目经验； 3.熟悉React/Vue等现代前端框架，具备复杂数据可视化(如评测曲线、3D轨迹回放、性能对比看板)开发经验； 4.熟悉数据库设计与优化(SQL/NoSQL)，有分布式系统、微服务架构实践经验； 5.掌握工作流编排与管理工具，有Airflow或类似平台的使用与二次开发经验，能够设计并实现自动化评测流水线 6.具备高并发系统设计与性能调优能力 加分项: 1.有构建算法benchmark或标准化评测框架的实际经验 2.熟悉具身智能领域常用评测数据集(如ManiSkill、RLBench、BEHAVIOR等)与评估指标； 3.了解机器人学习(强化学习、模仿学习)的评估难点与前沿方法； 4.具备多机器人系统、集群智能或人机交互场景的评测经验； 5.熟悉容器化(Docker/K8s)与CI/CD在评测系统中的应用。
