岗位职责 这是一个以剪辑为主线的执行岗。选题、脚本与传播策划由内容同事负责，你专注把素材变成可以直接发布的成片。 ●成片剪辑（核心）：把机器人训练、demo、访谈、活动现场的原始素材剪成可直接发布的成片，覆盖视频号与短视频平台、产品 demo 片、发布会视频 ●后期包装：字幕、配乐、调色与基础动效，保持公司视频统一的风格与质感 ●现场素材采集：常驻办公室与实验室，记录机器人训练、调试现场与科学家的日常工作，把一手画面持续沉淀下来 ●素材库管理：素材的归档、分类与命名，保证历史画面可以随时检索、快速复用 ●节点交付：围绕融资、论文发布、战略合作、产品里程碑，按排期完成对应的视频物料

职位要求 ●熟练使用一款主流剪辑软件：剪映、Premiere、DaVinci、Final Cut 均可，能独立完成从粗剪到成片 ●有可供查看的作品：个人账号、课程作业、实习或兼职项目的成片都可以，不限题材 ●具备基础拍摄能力：能使用相机或手机配合稳定器完成日常记录，掌握基本的构图与曝光 ●交付稳定：能跟上融资与成果发布的节点节奏，按排期出片 ●能常驻上海办公室与实验室 学历与工作年限不设门槛。应届生、转行、自学出身，只要作品达标都欢迎投递。

加分项 ●熟练使用 Claude、GPT 及 AI 视频、图像、字幕类工具，能明显提升产出效率 ●拥有个人运营的账号或 IP，能持续更新并积累读者 ●有视频号、抖音、B 站、小红书中至少一个平台的持续更新经验，了解平台分发逻辑 ●拍摄过机器人、硬件产品或实验室场景 ●会平面设计、动效或三维，能独立产出完整的传播物料 ●有科技媒体视频栏目、科技类 MCN 或科技公司品牌视频岗经历 ●英文读写流畅，能直接读英文论文摘要，跟进国际学术与产业动态 ●了解机器人与 AI 的基础知识，能判断一个技术说法讲到什么程度合适 ●对具身智能、机器人赛道有真实的兴趣
