岗位职责: 1. 行业需求挖掘：深耕工业自动化、柔性制造、智能巡检等赛道，调研客户业务痛点，结合公司记忆型自主智能基座、遥操数采硬件（TeleOp/Ego），完成需求梳理与方案构思。 2. 方案材料输出：独立撰写技术解决方案、商业 PPT、招投标相关文件，完成方案标准化沉淀，支撑商务拓展。 3. 售前技术支持：配合商务对接客户，开展技术交流、产品 Demo 演示、项目可行性评估（POC）；负责讲标、客户技术答疑，提升项目中标概率。 4. 项目落地协调：跟进项目签约至验收全流程，衔接客户、研发、交付团队，解决软硬件适配、现场落地各类问题；持续收集项目痛点，反向推动产品、报价体系迭代优化。 5. 生态合作与内部赋能：对接机器人本体厂商、政企客户，协同设计软硬件联合适配方案；沉淀标杆项目案例库，面向商务团队开展技术、方案培训，搭建内部知识体系。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人、计算机等理工科相关专业优先； 2. 拥有 1–3 年工业视觉、智能硬件、机器人、AI 软件方向售前支持或项目落地相关经验；优秀应届生具备相关项目落地实习经历亦可考虑。 3. 具备优秀自主学习能力，能够快速理解具身大模型、多模态数据闭环、机器人灵巧操作等前沿技术概念，短时间建立完整知识框架； 4. 优秀 PPT 撰写、方案文档输出、现场宣讲能力；既能面向客户输出通俗易懂的商业方案、测算项目收益 ROI，也能精准向研发团队传递客户技术需求； 5. 具备闭环思维与问题解决意识，项目出现交付卡点、软硬件适配问题时，主动协调多方资源推动问题解决； 6. 能够多线程处理多项工作，适应创业公司快速迭代节奏，抗压能力强。
