工作职责: 1、探究具身智能模型在预训练过程中的scaling law(该用什么数据，采用什么算法)。 2、探究如何进行具身大模型的预训练、后训练，SFT，以及评测，模型部署等方面的工作；将通用具身模型适配到机器人本体上。 3、负责构建多维度真机评测系统，量化评估模型性能，探索真机强化学习; 4、跟踪多模态大模型、具身大模型等方向的最新研究进展，推动技术创新和落地。

职位要求: 1、有强烈的学习心态，不干平庸，有志于通过自己的努力推动具身领域的进步; 2、熟悉感知与场景理解，尤其在机器人操作相关的应用领域，具备使用多模态传感器（如力觉、触觉、视觉传感器）的经验，熟悉机械臂经典控制算法，如轨迹规划、IK、碰撞检测等； 3、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业，博士优先，有合格的研究经历或者丰富的实践经验，有扎实的数理基础; 4、具备出色的编程能力，熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架。

加分项: 1、具有多机多卡大模型训练经验，熟悉Megatron、DeepSpeed等训练框架者; 2、在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurlPS等顶会发表高水平论文。 3、全身控制
