Vous serez embauché par GEBOSSE en CDI temps plein 39 heures par semaine sur 4,5 jours et mis à disposition de notre entreprise adhérente, un cabinet comptable à taille humaine 2.0 du secteur de Kingersheim.

Ce cabinet tourné 100% vers le digital, investi continuellement dans les outils numériques les plus performants pour faciliter la vie de leurs clients, mais aussi celle de leurs collaborateurs. Leur vision est d'offrir un service client irréprochable, rapide, fluide et simplifier le quotidien des équipes avec des processus clairs, des outils automatisés et une organisation agile.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

Ici, pas de paperasse interminable, pas de logiciel dépassé, mais un environnement de travail moderne, où l’humain et le digital cohabitent au service d’un seul objectif : la qualité et l’efficacité.

Rattaché(e) directement à l’expert-comptable, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients diversifiés (TPE/PME, professions libérales, artisans, batiment...)

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Tenue et révision des dossiers comptables (majoritairement digitalisés)
  • Établissement des déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, etc.)
  • Préparation des bilans et des liasses fiscales
  • Conseil et accompagnement des clients dans leur gestion quotidienne
  • Communication régulière et proactive avec les clients via nos outils collaboratifs
  • Participation à l’amélioration continue des outils et process internes

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Formation : BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, ou équivalent
  • Expérience : minimum 2 ans en cabinet d'expertise comptable, entre 3 et 5 ans serait idéal
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux comptables et fiscaux

Ce poste s’adresse aux collaborateurs comptables passionnés par leur métier, enthousiastes à l’idée d’automatiser les process et qui n’ont pas peur de moderniser leurs pratiques pour évoluer avec des outils toujours plus performants.

✅ Vous avez un esprit agile, vous vous adaptez vite et aimez les environnements en mouvement

✅ Vous aimez le contact client et savez faire preuve d'écoute et de pédagogie

✅ Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome dans la gestion de vos dossiers

  • Jusqu’à 2 800 € brut mensuel, selon profil et expérience
  • Prime de fin d’année (équivalente à un 13ème mois)

2. 🕓 Organisation du travail & qualité de vie

  • 169h/mois réparties sur 4,5 jours par semaine
  • Une demi-journée à poser librement dans la semaine
  • Congés payés à poser librement toute l’année, sans périodes imposées
  • Plages horaires fixes et variables, avec flexibilité (7h30/9h00 et 16h30/18h30)
  • Pause déjeuner de 45 minutes ou plus
  • 2 pauses convivialité de 10 minutes chaque jour (matin et après-midi)

*Pour information :

  • Mensualisation du travail comptable pour lisser la charge et éviter les surcharges
  • Période haute : janvier à mai – Période basse : juin à décembre, avec charge adaptée
  • Pointeuse pour un suivi juste du temps de travail
  • Les comptables juniors et seniors travaillent ensemble pour un partage d’expérience riche et bienveillant
