The posting

In het kader van de sterke groei en ambities van Dfisc, gaan wij momenteel op zoek naar een toffe collega die ons team wil vervoegen als Accountancy Manager binnen Dfisc.

De rol van Accountancy Manager, bevat drie grote luiken.

Binnen het dossierbeheer zelf, draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over een 100-tal klantenaccounts. Je zorgt voor planning, structuur en opvolging van deadlines binnen het team. Als expert(e) in het vak houd jij kritisch nazicht op het jaarwerk van de dossierbeheerders en vorm jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor adviesvragen van klanten. Je staat daarnaast samen met je collega’s in voor het opvolgen van specifieke software-modules. Ook het bewaken van de samenwerkingsflow met ons outsourcing team, behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

Ten tweede zal je instaan voor de klantenrelaties en commerciële flow binnen Dfisc. Je krijgt de kans om een uitgebreide klantenportefeuille van ‘vennootschappen’ op te volgen en je prospecteert op toegewezen leads. Met flair vertegenwoordig je Dfisc vlot naar de buitenwereld toe en detecteer je nieuwe opportuniteiten inzake onze services. De begeleiding door een sales coach? Daarvoor zorgen wij!

Daarnaast zal je, deels ook vanuit je expertise in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit, een team van dossierbeheerders aansturen, coachen en bijstaan in dagdagelijkse zaken. Je garandeert een continue kennis- en informatieoverdracht binnen ons Dfisc-team en naar je klanten toe.

Jouw kennis en kunde zijn op deze drie vlakken erg welkom, om mee na te denken over efficiëntie en aanpak en Dfisc zo naar een volgend level te tillen.

Wie zoeken we?

We kijken uit naar een positief ingestelde en gedreven collega die:

  • Je hebt, bij voorkeur, +5 jaar ervaring in de sector van Accountancy en Fiscaliteit en vooral heel veel zin in een volgende stap
  • Je behaalde reeds je ITAA-titel of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Voor deze rol staan wij bovendien ook open voor een samenwerking met een freelancer
  • Als go-between tussen klanten, collega’s en management communiceer je daarnaast vlot en vriendelijk in het Nederlands. Engels vormt een plus
  • Je beschikt over commerciële voeling en hebt hierin gezonde ambitie
  • Je bent een vaktechnicus met diepgaande kennis van Accountancy & Fiscaliteit, hebt zin om je voortdurend te verdiepen in een snel veranderend fiscaal landschap en wil meer dan enkel dossierbeheer
  • We gaan op zoek naar een leidersfiguur met goede people skills
  • Je brengt graag structuur, weet opportuniteiten en prioriteiten te detecteren, hakt gemakkelijk knopen door en behoudt zo steeds focus op kwalitatieve resultaten
  • Je bent comfortabel binnen een sterk gedigitaliseerde werkomgeving, werkt vlot met digitale boekhoudpakketten, CRM, etc
  • En, bovendien, ben je iemand die in staat is om, vanuit zijn/haar people mindset, een team te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.
