Opleiding en ervaring

- Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt bij voorkeur een ICT-achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld via een mbo-opleiding ICT, Medewerker ICT Support, Expert IT Systems and Devices of vergelijkbare praktijkervaring.

- Ervaring als ICT-supportmedewerker, helpdeskmedewerker, werkplekbeheerder of systeembeheerder is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Ook als je geen specifieke ICT-opleiding hebt gevolgd, maar wel veel kennis en ervaring met computers hebt opgedaan, nodigen we je graag uit om te reageren.

Extra kwaliteiten? Graag zelfs! Ben je daarnaast handig met websites, WordPress, PHP, programmeren, grafisch ontwerp, automatisering of AI-toepassingen? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt. We vinden het leuk als medewerkers hun eigen interesses en vaardigheden kunnen inzetten.

Ben jij handig met computers, heb je technisch inzicht en houd je van afwisselend werk? Dan zijn wij misschien op zoek naar jou!

Bij ESPOS leveren we kassasystemen, kassasoftware en betaaloplossingen aan bedrijven door heel Nederland. We zijn een klein en betrokken team waarin iedereen verschillende werkzaamheden oppakt en waar ruimte is voor eigen ideeën. Als Allround ICT Medewerker help je klanten met technische vragen, los je storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe kassasystemen klaar zijn voor gebruik.

Maar jouw werk is veel breder dan alleen ICT-support. Misschien ben je ook handig met websites, programmeren, grafisch ontwerp, automatisering of AI. Dan kijken we graag hoe we die kwaliteiten binnen ons bedrijf kunnen inzetten.

We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht heeft, zelfstandig werkt, initiatief toont en graag nieuwe dingen leert. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen, zolang ICT je maar niet vreemd is.

Wat ga je doen?

- Beantwoorden van supportvragen via telefoon en e-mail - Klanten op afstand helpen bij technische problemen met hardware en software - Installeren, configureren en gebruiksklaar maken van Windows-kassasystemen - Oplossen van storingen aan kassasystemen, bonprinters, pinautomaten en randapparatuur - Voorbereiden, controleren, verpakken en verzenden van bestellingen - Onderhouden en verbeteren van onze supportwebsite en online kennisbank - Meedenken over verbeteringen, automatisering en nieuwe technische mogelijkheden

Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en interesses ook werkzaamheden oppakken op het gebied van websites, software, grafisch ontwerp of AI. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een klant met een technische storing, de andere keer installeer je een compleet kassasysteem of werk je aan een verbetering binnen ons bedrijf.
