Jobomschrijving

As a successful Animal Health Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Products - Veterinary channel, you will have the following responsibilities:

Business Development - Creation of new partnerships

  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate new potential products for the portfolio.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify unmet needs within the Belgian veterinary sector.
  • Assess partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and negotiate exclusive distribution opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Prepare and support product launches in collaboration with the sales team.

Field Sales Management

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Belgian market.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 5 sales representatives covering Belgium.
  • Maintain close contact with key stakeholders in the Belgian veterinary market.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and business performance.

As a successful Animal Health Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Products - Veterinary channel, you will have the following profile:

  • Veterinary degree or equivalent in-depth expertise and network within the veterinary industry.
  • 10/15 years of experiences in the Animal Health industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Belgian veterinary market and its key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a commercial, sales management, or business development role.
  • Previous experience managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English.
