Grensarbeid zoekt voor Daelzicht in Heel een begeleider ouderen.

We worden allemaal steeds ouder. Dat geldt ook voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Het verouderingsproces begint bij elke cliënt op een ander moment en verloopt bij iedereen anders. Dat maakt de zorgvraag complex én uitdagend. Bij Daelzicht willen we dat elke dag nog beter doen. Met professionals die het maximale willen halen uit het leven van kwetsbare ouderen in deze bijzondere leeftijdsfase. Specialistische ouderenzorg met oog voor vrijheid, eigen ideeën en initiatiev

Als begeleider ouderenzorg bied je zorg en ondersteuning aan onze ouder wordende cliënten. Je werkt daarvoor nauw samen met je team en een coördinerend begeleider. Je krijgt heldere uitgangspunten en methodieken mee vanuit ons Zorgprogramma Ouderen en het ondersteuningsplan van de cliënt. Je werkt afwisselend zelfstandig en samen met collega’s. Je hebt een scherp oog voor de kwaliteit van zorg en je neemt initiatieven om de zorg waar mogelijk te verbeteren. Met jouw creativiteit, rust, vertrouwen en duidelijkheid stimuleer je de cliënt in zijn of haar ontwikkeling. Daarbij vier je de kleine successen. Innovatieve woonconcepten, moderne terreinontwikkeling en nieuwe inzichten op zorgkwaliteit en werkmethoden. Dat klinkt als muziek in jouw oren. Want jij wil meer dan ’traditionele’ ouderenzorg. Je kijkt verder dan protocollen en standaard-aanbod. Vanuit persoonsgerichte zorg met keuzemogelijkheden. Samen met collega’s ga je voor toekomstgerichte ouderenzorg. Waar ruimte is om anders te denken en anders te doen. Waar tijd is voor oprechte aandacht en ondersteuning op maat. Met hart en ziel zet jij je in voor een thuis waar zorg, ondersteuning én leefplezier samenkomen. Zo creëer je een waardige en waardevolle levensfase voor deze mooie doelgroep.

Van Zuid tot Noord- Limburg hebben wij locaties waar ouderen wonen, zowel in de wijk als op ons terrein in Heel of Koningslust. De ouderenzorg binnen Daelzicht is volop in ontwikkeling. Bijvoorbeeld op onze locatie in Heel. Daar is in 2024 de nieuwbouwlocatie Aan de Tump opgeleverd. In 2025 volgde locatie Op de Berg. Hier wonen oudere cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en intensieve zorgvraag. Op een vernieuwende manier bieden wij ondersteuning aan deze ouderen met thema’s zoals vrijheid en geluk.

Jij bent:

  • zorgprofessional met een diploma richting Zorg en welzijn, op minimaal MBO niveau 3, zoals sociaal Pedagogisch Werk (SPW), Maatschappelijke zorg (MMZ), Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkunde. Je hebt affiniteit met verzorgende taken
  • empathisch en kunt je goed aanpassen
  • iemand met lef; traditionele structuren kun je loslaten en je durft buiten de gebaande paden te denken
  • positief en energiek.
