Grensarbeid zoekt voor Daelzicht in Heel een begeleider van mensen met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag.

Werken met mensen met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG) is niet voor iedereen weggelegd. Je moet stevig in je schoenen staan en tegen een stootje kunnen. Constant schakelen en op zoek gaan naar de echte betekenis achter gedrag. Meebewegen en tegelijkertijd je grenzen bewaken. Daarom zoeken we zorgprofessionals die bewust kiezen voor deze intensieve en uitdagende vorm van zorg. Sterke persoonlijkheden, die met goede motivatie, enthousiasme en een flinke dosis pit écht gaan voor dit specialisme. Want alleen dan weten we zeker dat jij op de juiste plek zit en het beste uit jezelf en onze cliënten haalt.

Moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag kan voorkomen bij alle doelgroepen; van mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking tot mensen met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking en bij cliënten van alle leeftijden. Bij sommige cliënten is sprake van bijkomende psychiatrische problematieken en gedragsproblemen. Als begeleider van mensen met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag werk je aan de hulpvragen die in hun ondersteuningsplan, dagprogramma en protocollen zijn omschreven. Wij accepteren cliënten daarbij altijd als volwaardige personen die zoveel mogelijk zelf invulling mogen geven aan hun leven. Tegelijk zorg je ervoor dat hun leven duidelijk en voorspelbaar is. Jouw uitdaging is de cliënt binnen deze kaders te begeleiden in zijn of haar behoeftes. Je trekt intensief met hem of haar op, samen taken doen is deel van jouw begeleiding. En als de cliënt jouw nabijheid even niet nodig heeft, begeleid je een andere cliënt op dezelfde locatie.

We hebben vacatures in de regio’s Noord- en Midden-Limburg en voor verschillende doelgroepen. Dus we gaan graag in gesprek om te horen wat jouw wensen en mogelijkheden zijn. Je werkt met een hecht team; jullie staan voor elkaar klaar en kunnen op elkaar bouwen.

Jij bent:

  • een stevige begeleider met een diploma Zorg en welzijn op minimaal mbo 3-niveau zoals een diploma SPW, MMZ, Social Work, SPH of Pedagogiek
  • een evenwichtig en positief ingestelde professional, creatief in het begeleiden van cliënten – uiteraard binnen de gestelde kaders – en consequent in je optreden.
  • in staat om te gaan met agressie en je handelt adequaat bij calamiteiten.
