Want of je nou een ervaren zorgprofessional bent of net klaar bent met je zorgopleiding, bij Daelzicht krijg je alle mogelijkheden om je kwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Met maximale regie op je rooster, je scholing en de locaties waar je wilt werken.

De Flexpool van Daelzicht wordt ingezet voor zowel kort- als langdurige vervangingen in teams. Je kunt kiezen voor een langere periode, bijvoorbeeld een aantal maanden, op één locatie of voor ‘losse’ diensten op wisselende locaties. Zo leer je in korte tijd de zorg voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking in de volle breedte kennen. Je vult je rugzak met kennis en ervaring en bouwt je eigen netwerk op. We overleggen jouw inzet met jou, op basis van jouw wensen en mogelijkheden. Kortom: we zorgen ervoor dat je altijd een leuke en uitdagende werkplek hebt. En ben je op een bepaald moment toe bent aan een vaste werkplek? Dan solliciteer je intern bij de locatie of doelgroep waar jouw hart naar uitgaat. Voor het rooster werken we met een jaarsystematiek: je kan je uren over het jaar zelf indelen, inclusief vakanties. Je bepaalt dus zelf in welke maanden je meer uren werkt en in welke maanden minder. Zo houd jij de regie op je rooster en vrije dagen.

We hebben mogelijkheden in heel Limburg. We gaan graag met jou in gesprek in welke regio of op welke locaties je wilt werken en naar welke doelgroep(en) je hart het meest uitgaat. Je werkt vervolgens op verschillende locaties die tijdelijk hulp nodig hebben. De keuze is reuze: van wonen in de wijk tot beschermd wonen op de terreinen in Heel en Koningslust. Dat bepaal je zelf. Wat je ook kiest: je hoort altijd bij het enthousiaste team Flexpool van Daelzicht. Wij heten je van harte welkom!

Jij bent:

  • flexibel en je kunt goed zelfstandig werken
  • die graag geziene collega die kan relativeren en een lekkere dosis enthousiasme en humor meebrengt.
  • zorgprofessional met een diploma richting Zorg en welzijn, op minimaal niveau 3 MBO, zoals SPW, MMZ, SPH, Social Work of Pedagogiek
  • Je beschikt zelf over een auto.
