Grensarbeid zoekt voor de gemeente Sittard-Geleen een Junior beleidsmedewerker mobiliteit

Als Junior Beleidsadviseur Actieve en Schone Mobiliteit vertaal je ons mobiliteitsbeleid naar concrete projecten en acties. Je werkt mee aan vraagstukken rondom duurzame mobiliteit, verkeersveiligheid en actieve vervoersvormen zoals lopen en fietsen. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om te leren, jezelf te ontwikkelen en ervaring op te doen binnen het gemeentelijke werkveld.

Samen met collega's, inwoners en maatschappelijke partners draag je bij aan een veilige, gezonde en toekomstbestendige leefomgeving.

Wat wordt jouw uitdaging?

Als Junior Beleidsadviseur draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van actieve en schone mobiliteit binnen onze gemeente en help je beleid te vertalen naar concrete projecten en acties. Binnen het cluster mobiliteit werk je samen met ervaren collega's aan uiteenlopende mobiliteitsvraagstukken. Hiervoor spar je regelmatig met andere collega’s uit het team Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en met de collega’s van IPOR, Vergunningen, Parkeren en Markten en Handhaving. Je krijgt de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardig beleidsadviseur en groeit stap voor stap in de rol.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit het:

  • Het vervullen van de rol van Projectmedewerker/Projectsecretaris voor het nieuw op te stellen Programma Actieve en Schone Mobiliteit. Hierbij help je onder andere bij het organiseren van het participatieproces.
  • Het verkeerskundig adviseren van Projectleiders, Ontwikkelaars en de intaketafel.
  • Het coördineren van het adviesproces rondom mobiliteit, verkeer en parkeren bij vergunningverlening.
  • Het vertalen van strategisch beleid, zoals de Omgevingsvisie, de Zuid-Limburgse Mobiliteitsvisie en het parkeerbeleid naar uitvoering, beheer en handhaving.
  • Het deelnemen aan projectteams van diverse ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen binnen de gemeente.
  • Het indienen en verantwoorden van subsidieaanvragen.
  • Het afhandelen van mobiliteitsmeldingen in de openbare ruimte.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur een verkeersgerelateerde studie gericht op het fysieke/ruimtelijke domein
  • Je hebt 0 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring en bent geïnteresseerd in vraagstukken rondom duurzame mobiliteit, verkeersveiligheid en actieve vervoersvormen. Ervaring vanuit een stage of afstudeeronderzoek telt ook mee
  • Ervaring binnen de gemeentelijke overheid en projectmatig en opgavegericht werken is een pré
