De functie

Je rapporteert aan de Finance Manager en maakt deel uit van een hecht boekhoudteam. Je functie is gevarieerd en brengt veel contact met collega's van verschillende afdelingen met zich mee.

Dagelijkse boekhouding: je verwerkt betalingen van klanten en leveranciers en matcht de boekingen in met de bankuittreksels.

Facturatie en opvolging van openstaande facturen: je maakt verkoopfacturen op en bezorgt ze aan de klanten, je volgt openstaande vorderingen op en neemt actie bij betalingsachterstand.

Rapportering : je verzamelt gegevens voor de wekelijkse winstgevendheidsrapportering en de maandelijkse KPI-rapporten.

Afpunten en reconciliaties: Je voert periodieke (maandelijkse en jaarlijkse) afstemmingen uit met klanten, leveranciers

Facturencontrole en samenwerking met operations: je controleert en keurt facturen na van haven-, terminal- en administratieve leveranciers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding (als interne accountant of in een accountantskantoor)
  • Je beheerst het Engels op professioneel niveau.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel op gevorderd niveau.
