In deze rol bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, van fundering tot oplevering. Wat ga je doen? Als Bouwkundig Toezichthouder vertegenwoordig je voor onze opdrachtgever de belangen op de bouwplaats. Je houdt toezicht op nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en verbouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Daarbij controleer je of de werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens bestek, tekeningen en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je beoordeelt de bouwkundige kwaliteit, let op maatvoering en controleert of materialen correct worden toegepast. Afwijkingen in de uitvoering signaleer je direct en je stuurt bij waar nodig. Je bewaakt de planning en houdt grip op de voortgang van het project. Tijdens de ruwbouw, afbouw en oplevering controleer je of alles voldoet aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen. Je voert bouwinspecties uit, legt bevindingen vast in duidelijke rapportages en bespreekt deze met aannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Ook controleer je de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en spreek je partijen aan op hun verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast fungeer je als technisch sparringpartner voor de opdrachtgever. Je adviseert over bouwkundige vraagstukken, denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en beoordeelt meer- en minderwerk. Dankzij jouw praktijkervaring herken je risico's vroegtijdig en voorkom je faalkosten. Met jouw scherpe blik en gestructureerde werkwijze zorg je voor overzicht, duidelijke communicatie en een soepel bouwproces van start tot oplevering.
