Business Architect PSAP

ASTRID est un réseau innovant à haute technologie pour la transmission vocale et de données. La radiocommunication du réseau ASTRID est spécialement destinée à tous les services de secours et de sécurité en facilitant leur collaboration mutuelle.

ASTRID est en pleine évolution digitale, engagée dans la modernisation de son paysage applicatif. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Business Architect capable de modéliser et maintenir les business processes afin de piloter et assurer la cohérence de cette architecture, tout en gardant une attention profonde aux enjeux métiers.

En tant que Business Architect, vous jouez un rôle stratégique au cœur du fonctionnement de la service tower PSAP (Public Safety and Answering Point) Vous serez responsable de :

1. Architecture & Modélisation

  • Vous concevez, documentez et maintenez la modélisation de l’architecture business.
  • Vous décrivez de manière claire et pérenne les interactions entre les composants et avec le monde extérieur, les processus métiers et les systèmes.
  • Vous garantissez la cohérence des flux métier dans un écosystème API-centric.
  • Vous décomposez chaque fonctionnalité métier en composants applicatifs.

2. Analyse et compréhension métier

  • Vous challengez, analysez et comprenez les besoins métiers au-delà de la demande initiale.
  • Vous identifiez les impacts cross-domain, les dépendances et les risques éventuels.
  • Vous travaillez en proximité avec les équipes métier, produits et IT pour aligner l’architecture avec les objectifs business.

3. Gouvernance & évolution

  • Vous contribuez à la vision cible d’architecture et aux roadmaps d’évolution.
  • Vous structurez et maintenez un référentiel clair, à jour, exploitable par toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Vous participez activement aux discussions sur l’ouverture du système vers l’extérieur via des API robustes et sécurisées.

4. compétences high-level

Il vous faut comprendre :

  • les mécanismes internes de l’applicatif (le « cœur » logiciel).
  • les dépendances avec les couches sous‑jacentes : VDI / virtualization, os, hardware,…

5. Qualité, sécurité et performance

  • Vous veiller à la conformité des solutions avec les standards internes et réglementaires.
  • Vous identifiez les risques architecturaux et proposer des mitigations.
  • Vous assurez l’optimisation de la performance et la stabilité du système avec les stakeholders.

Profil

  • Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans une fonction de Business Architect ou 7 ans en tant que Business Analyste Senior dans un environnement IT complexe ainsi qu’une solide compréhension des architectures orientées API, des interactions inter-modules et des modèles de données associés.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Sparx Enterprise Architect (ou vous avez une expérience significative sur un outil de modélisation similaire avec une capacité d’apprentissage rapide).
  • Vous avez une aptitude élevée à comprendre et reformuler des problématiques métiers parfois flous, avec curiosité et proactivité.
  • Vos compétences communicationnelles sont excellentes et vous êtes capable de vulgariser auprès des équipes métier et d’être rigoureux auprès de l’IT.
  • Enfin, vous posséder une grande capacité à structurer, documenter et maintenir des modèles de manière fiable et durable.
