Business Architect PSAP

ASTRID is een innoverend en hoogtechnologisch netwerk voor spraak en gegevens. De radiocommunicatie via het ASTRID-netwerk is specifiek bestemd voor alle hulp- en veiligheidsdiensten en ondersteunt hun onderlinge samenwerking. ASTRID bevindt zich midden in een digitale transformatie en zet sterk in op de modernisering van haar applicatielandschap. In dit kader zoeken wij een Business Architect die businessprocessen kan modelleren en onderhouden, om de architectuur te sturen en de coherentie ervan te waarborgen, met blijvende aandacht voor de bedrijfsnoden.

Als Business Architect vervult u een strategische rol binnen de werking van de service tower PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point). U bent verantwoordelijk voor:

1. Architectuur & modellering

  • U ontwerpt, documenteert en onderhoudt de businessarchitectuur.
  • U beschrijft op een duidelijke en duurzame manier de interacties tussen componenten, met de buitenwereld, de bedrijfsprocessen en de systemen.
  • U waarborgt de coherentie van de bedrijfsstromen in een API-gericht ecosysteem.
  • U vertaalt elke businessfunctionaliteit naar applicatieve componenten.

2. Analyse en begrip van de business

  • U stelt vragen bij, analyseert en begrijpt de businessbehoeften, ook voorbij de initiële vraag.
  • U identificeert cross-domeinimpacten, afhankelijkheden en mogelijke risico’s.
  • U werkt nauw samen met business-, product- en IT-teams om de architectuur af te stemmen op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

3. Governance & evolutie

  • U draagt bij aan de doelarchitectuur en de bijhorende roadmaps.
  • U structureert en onderhoudt een duidelijk, actueel en bruikbaar referentiekader voor alle stakeholders.
  • U neemt actief deel aan discussies over de openstelling van het systeem naar externe partijen via robuuste en veilige API’s.

4. High-level competenties

U heeft inzicht in:

  • de interne werking van applicaties (de “softwarekern”); de afhankelijkheden met onderliggende lagen zoals VDI/virtualisatie, besturingssystemen, hardware, enz.

5. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en performantie

  • U ziet toe op de conformiteit van oplossingen met interne standaarden en regelgeving.
  • U identificeert architectuurrisico’s en stelt mitigaties voor.
  • U werkt samen met stakeholders aan de optimalisatie van performantie en systeemstabiliteit.

Profiel

  • U beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Business Architect, of 7 jaar als Senior Business Analyst in een complexe IT-omgeving, en u heeft een grondig inzicht in API-georiënteerde architecturen, interacties tussen modules en bijhorende datamodellen.
  • U beheerst Sparx Enterprise Architect of u heeft aantoonbare ervaring met een gelijkaardig modelleringstool en leert snel bij.
  • U bent sterk in het begrijpen en herformuleren van soms vage businessvraagstukken, met een nieuwsgierige en proactieve houding.
  • U beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt complexe materie helder uitleggen aan business teams, terwijl u nauwgezet samenwerkt met IT.
  • Tot slot heeft u een groot vermogen om modellen gestructureerd, betrouwbaar en duurzaam op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
