Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken zij een Business Banker of banking professional die klaar is om zich verder te ontwikkelen richting professionele klanten.

Ben jij actief binnen de banksector en klaar voor een volgende stap? Of heb je al ervaring in business banking en wil je je verder verdiepen in de begeleiding van ondernemers en professionele klanten? Dan kan deze functie een mooie match zijn.

Voor onze klant, een bank die sterk inzet op persoonlijk advies en duurzame relaties, zoeken we iemand die ondernemers, zelfstandigen en starters op een warme en professionele manier wil begeleiden.

  • Je wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van professionele klanten, zoals ondernemers, zelfstandigen, vrije beroepers en starters.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op door je klanten écht te leren kennen: hun zaak, hun plannen, hun gezinssituatie en hun ambities.
  • Je denkt mee met je klanten en geeft advies rond onder meer professionele kredieten, investeringen, betalingsverkeer, verzekeringen en vermogensopbouw.
  • Je begeleidt klanten zowel in hun professionele als privévragen en zorgt voor een persoonlijke aanpak op maat.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van je klantenportefeuille.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en zorgvuldige opvolging van dossiers, afspraken en klantvragen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en interne experten om klanten een volledige begeleiding te bieden.

Heb je al ervaring in business banking? Dan kan je je expertise meteen inzetten en verder uitbouwen.

Heb je ervaring binnen de banksector en wil je doorgroeien? Dan krijg je de kans om stap voor stap te evolueren naar een functie binnen professionele klanten.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de banksector, bijvoorbeeld als adviseur particulieren, commercieel medewerker, klantenadviseur of in een andere bancaire rol.
  • Ervaring met business banking, professionele klanten, kredieten of ondernemers is een sterke troef, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je hebt vooral zin om te groeien, bij te leren en de stap te zetten naar een functie waarin je ondernemers en zelfstandigen begeleidt.
  • Je communiceert vlot, legt gemakkelijk contacten en bouwt graag duurzame relaties op.
  • Je bent klantgericht en betrouwbaar, en volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en experten.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar kennisdeling en ondersteuning belangrijk zijn.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands.
