Wij vragen

  • Professionele bachelor of master in een technische of ingenieursrichting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en houdt overzicht over verschillende dossiers
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met nieuwe of last-minute informatie
  • Interesse in bouwprojecten en kostprijsanalyse
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting leveranciers en aannemers

Het bedrijf

Je komt terecht bij een stabiele projectontwikkelaar met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in woningbouw in Vlaanderen. Vanuit het kantoor in Brugge werk je samen met een hecht team waar kwaliteit, realisme en samenwerking centraal staan. De sfeer is professioneel maar warm, met korte communicatielijnen.
