Wat houdt de job in?

Wij zoeken een getalenteerde centrumleider die hoofdzakelijk volgende taken op zich zal nemen:

  • Coördinatie en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de dagelijkse operationele werking van het lokale dienstencentrum Cosmos (bv. sociaal aanspreekpunt, activiteitenaanbod);
  • Aansturing van het team van het dienstencentrum, waarvan 1 buurt- en ouderen medewerker, 1 onthaalmedewerker en 1 tot 2 animatoren, en een infrastructuurbeheerder;
  • Verdere ontwikkeling van het lokale dienstencentrum:uitvoering van het huidige meerjarenplan 2026-2030 ; uitbouw van zorgzame wijken (informele zorg in combinatie met professionele zorg); organisatie van gebruikersparticipatie, o.a. via de buurtraad; aanbod (diensten/activiteiten/animatie) `op maat' verder uitwerken, binnen- en buitenshuis ; samenwerkingsverbanden met lokale en bovenlokale partners versterken teneinde het aanbod voortdurend afgestemd te houden op de noden van de doelgroep; vrijwilligerswerking;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met LDC Vives met het oog op een gemeenschappelijk beleid, gezamenlijke activiteiten, wederzijdse ondersteuning en opvolging overkoepelende dossiers.
  • Deelnemen aan vergaderingen op POUTREL-niveau en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de unie POUTREL, op het vlak van structuur, governance, dienstverlening, etc.;
  • Opvolging van de administratieve verplichtingen in het kader van het Woonzorgdecreet ;
  • Ontwikkeling van de buurtsalons: de verhuur- en gebruiksactiviteiten van de infrastructuur coördineren en versterken.

Wie ben je en wat kan je?

We zoeken een collega die:

  • beschikt over een bachelor, bij voorkeur in de sociale wetenschappen;
  • minimum 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in het sociaal werk, opbouwwerk en/of projectwerk;
  • uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands bezit, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, en zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Frans (kennis van andere talen is een troef);
  • sterk is in leiderschap en coaching: stimuleren en motiveren van teamleden en vrijwilligers;
  • interesse heeft in participatief beheer;
  • communicatief is en goed kan netwerken;
  • flexibel is en bereid is tot af en toe avond- of weekendwerk;
  • klantgericht is: onderzoeken wensen en behoeften van de `klanten' en hiernaar handelen;
  • integer is: op een professionele en correcte en oprechte manier handelen;
  • vlot kan werken met de Office365 toepassingen.

Troeven zijn:

  • Kennis van de Brusselse context en haar uitdagingen;
  • Ervaring met/in ouderen(zorg).

Plaats in de organisatie

Je bent centrumleider van het centrum Cosmos en wordt aangestuurd door de algemeen directeur van POUTREL. Je werkt nauw samen met de horecaverantwoordelijke van Cosmos en de centrumverantwoordelijke van LDC Vives.

Je komt terecht in een structuur die je ondersteunt op het vlak van leren en ontwikkelen. POUTREL neemt de algemene en zakelijke leiding van de organisatie op en levert diensten op het vlak van HR, infrastructuurbeheer en IT. Je directe leidinggevende wordt de algemeen directeur. Extra coaching zal voorzien worden door een ervaren collega en de HR-verantwoordelijke.

POUTREL biedt je

Een deeltijds contract 80% van onbepaalde duur en een salaris conform het barema b1a van paritair comité 329.01, met terugbetaling van openbaar vervoer of fietsvergoeding, werk-GSM of tussenkomst in GSM-abonnement. Je hebt recht op 16 dagen wettelijk verlof (indien opgebouwde rechten) en 9,6 bijkomende vakantiedagen.
