Votre fonction

En tant que Chef Comptable, vous supervisez la comptabilité et encadrez une équipe de 5 collaborateurs. Vous veillez à la qualité des comptes, au respect des échéances et à la bonne organisation du travail au quotidien.

Vous conservez une dimension opérationnelle tout en disposant de la latitude nécessaire pour accompagner votre équipe, améliorer les procédures et structurer progressivement les processus financiers.

Vos responsabilités

  • Superviser et accompagner une équipe comptable de 5 personnes, en répartissant les tâches et en fixant les priorités ;
  • Garantir la fiabilité de la comptabilité générale et coordonner les clôtures périodiques ;
  • Superviser les comptes fournisseurs, les créances, les opérations bancaires et les immobilisations ;
  • Contrôler les déclarations TVA et assurer le respect des obligations comptables et fiscales ;
  • Préparer les dossiers nécessaires aux clôtures annuelles et collaborer avec les auditeurs externes ;
  • Veiller à la qualité des données financières et à la cohérence des comptes ;
  • Améliorer les procédures internes et renforcer les contrôles comptables ;
  • Favoriser la collaboration, le partage des connaissances et l'autonomie des membres de l'équipe.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un bachelier en comptabilité ou d'une formation équivalente ;
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management comptable ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les clôtures comptables et la comptabilité générale ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais de manière fluide tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et doté d'un management bienveillant et pragmatique ;
  • Vous savez accompagner une équipe, gérer les priorités et communiquer clairement ;
  • Une expérience dans le secteur des soins de santé ou non marchand constitue un atout.
