The posting

Les tâches liées à cette fonction sont diverses et variées. Principalement, vous serez amenés à:

Gérer le projet global:

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre du projet sur les plans technique, organisationnel et financier.
  • Examiner le dossier de projet et signaler toute modification (matériel, heures, sous‑traitance…) et Contract Manager avant validation.
  • Élaborer la planification et la répartition des tâches, en assurer le suivi et communiquer les retours nécessaires au client et au bureau.

Coordonner des équipes et sous‑traitants

Suivi opérationnel et contrôle qualité

  • Superviser les travaux sur chantier et veiller à leur bonne exécution qualitative et conforme aux directives du client.
  • Vérifier que les conditions de sécurité sont réunies et que les interventions peuvent être réalisées sans risque.
  • Intervenir en cas de situation critique et proposer ou mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées.
  • Effectuer les contrôles nécessaires en fin de projet : essais, vérifications techniques, câblage, montage…

Vous êtes ingénieur avec une expérience dans la gestion de projets en détection incendie, ou bachelier avec une solide expérience (±15 ans) dans le secteur. Vous maîtrisez les aspects techniques, administratifs et financiers d'un projet et êtes capable de gérer des offres, des calculs ainsi que le suivi de chantier. Une connaissance de la norme S21-100 et/ou une certification BOSEC constitue un réel atout.

Pour cette fonction, les éléments suivants requis:

  • Bilingue FR-EN le NL est un +
  • Master en Ingénieur
  • Connaissance de la norme S21-100
  • Certification BOSSEC
  • Expérience en détection et extinction incendie indispensable 5 ans minimum si diplome d'ingénieur, 15 ans min si pas de diplome d'ingérieur
  • Être capable de travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
  • Maitrise des logiciels: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Certificat recquis: VCA Cadre et BA4/BA5
