Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten en speelt een belangrijke rol in klantbehoud, contractverlengingen en omzetgroei. Wat deze rol extra interessant maakt, is de variatie in je gesprekspartners: je spreekt dagelijks met particulieren, agrariërs, MKB'ers en soms zelfs directieleden. Dat vraagt om inlevingsvermogen, commerciële slagkracht en het vermogen om op verschillende niveaus te communiceren. Je werkt vanuit kantoor in Nijmegen en vervult een verbindende rol tussen klanten en interne afdelingen zoals buitendienst, planning en technische dienst. Dankzij de korte lijnen en informele cultuur kun je snel schakelen en écht zaken voor elkaar krijgen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een brede portefeuille aan zakelijke en particuliere klanten. - Proactief werken aan klanttevredenheid, contractverlengingen en commerciële doelstellingen. - Opstellen van offertes en voeren van onderhandelingen over (meerjarige) contracten. - Ondersteunen bij bestellingen en fungeren als tweede lijn bij telefonische en schriftelijke klantvragen of klachten. - Uitvoeren van analyses en administratieve werkzaamheden rondom klantrelaties. - Intensief samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals planning, technische dienst en sales.
