Construction Coördinator

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een firma te Kapellen (2950) zijn we opzoek naar een Construction coördinator!

Als bouwcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van de lopende werkzaamheden op verschillende bouwplaatsen. Je maakt deel uit van het bouwteam en werkt nauw samen met de bouwmanager, de internationale bouwplaatsmanagers en het lokale logistieke team. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn gericht op het totale coördineren van de bouwactiviteiten.

Takenpakket:

  • Leveren van alle bouwdiensten en vereiste leveringen voor het bouwproject aan het projectteam.
  • Ontwikkelen van plannen voor de uitvoering van de bouw, mobilisatieplannen voor de bouwplaats, bouwomvang en gekoppelde biedingspakketten.
  • Voeren van constructibiliteitsbeoordelingen uit om de bouwwerkzaamheden te vergemakkelijken.
  • Ontwikkellen van bouwplanningen om activiteiten te synchroniseren.
  • Uitvoeren van audits en selecteren van potentiële aannemers voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Onderhandel over en optimaliseer aannemersomvang en bereid prijsvergelijkingen voor.
  • Ondersteun de HSE-manager bij het ontwikkelen van HSE-plannen en de voorbereiding van HSE-gerelateerde taken (LOTO, LMRA, gereedschapskiste.
  • Assisteer de site-manager tijdens de installatiefase.
  • Bezoeken van klantlocaties.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma van hoger onderwijs (bachelor) of relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met mechanische constructie, bijbehorende materialen, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt graag in een team en overlegt met collega's.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt gestructureerd. Dit stelt je in staat om de administratie efficiënt af te handelen met behulp van MS Office, Sharepoint en andere interne programma's.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
