Wil jij net altijd dat tikkeltje extra doen voor je klant? Heb je nood aan afwisseling en voel jij je goed in een no-nonsens cultuur? Dan zoeken wij jou!

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt (telefonisch of via mail) voor onze klanten en helpt hen verder in het zoeken naar de beste oplossing. Je verwerkt ook de vele werkorders die dagelijks bij ons binnenstromen. Je bent eigenlijk de spilfiguur tussen de sales en de planning. Daarnaast volg je de planningsmailbox op en behandel je bestellingen of delegeert deze naar collega’s.

Jij zorgt er mee voor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op ultra-professionele en uitgebreide knowhow rond duurzame afvalverwerking.

  • Je hebt een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel om dagelijks vele telefonische contacten te hebben en doet dit steeds met een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht want we willen natuurlijk dat onze klanten blij zijn met onze dienstverlening. En als je nog initiatiefrijk en proactief bent op de werkvloer, dan is dat mooi meegenomen!
  • Je krijgt energie om dagelijks problemen op te lossen en mensen verder te helpen.
  • Nederlands beheers je zeer goed en je kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Frans. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt. Hoe meer talen, hoe meer afval we kunnen verwerken!
  • Je bent iemand die graag in team werkt en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Heb je kennis van Microsoft Office en ervaring met CRM-systemen? Dat is zeker een plus.
