Jouw baan als Database Support Consultant

Als Database Support Consultant ondersteun je het beheer van bedrijfskritische databases en zorg je ervoor dat systemen stabiel, veilig en performant blijven functioneren. Je werkt samen met ervaren IT-collega’s en krijgt de kans om te groeien binnen een omgeving waar kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytische aanpak help je mee de continuïteit van cruciale processen te waarborgen. Dit is een ideale opportuniteit voor iemand die zijn carrière binnen IT en databases verder wil uitbouwen.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Ondersteunen van het dagelijks beheer van databasesystemen
  • Opzetten van eenvoudige databasestructuren volgens richtlijnen
  • Monitoren van databaseprestaties en signaleren van afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van controles rond data-integriteit en beveiliging
  • Ondersteunen van back-up- en recoveryprocessen
  • Beheren van technische documentatie en gebruikersinformatie
  • Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en projectteams rond databasevragen

Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt analytisch en neemt ownership over je taken. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot met collega's uit verschillende teams en schakel je gemakkelijk tussen operationele ondersteuning en administratieve opvolging.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Bachelor of master in IT, Informatica of gelijkwaardig
  • 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring binnen IT, databases of support
  • Basiskennis van SQL en relationele databases
  • Kennis van monitoring, back-ups en security is een plus
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
