Samen met een team van gedreven collega's werk je mee aan hoogwaardige infrastructuur- en prefaboplossingen die je dagelijks tegenkomt, vaak zonder het te beseffen.

Jouw uitdaging Als Coördinator Technische Dienst ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen productie, aankoop, leveranciers en de technische dienst. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technische achtergrond zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en verbeteringsprojecten efficiënt worden gepland, opgevolgd en uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van de technische dienst.
  • Coördineren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan productiemachines.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van grotere technische projecten.
  • Beheren, actualiseren en uniformiseren van technische documenten en controlelijsten.
  • Zorgen voor een heldere en professionele communicatie met aannemers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Tijdig bijsturen van planningen en het delen van de juiste informatie met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Rapporteren aan de Manager Technische Dienst.

Jouw profiel Je bent een natuurlijke organisator die structuur creëert, problemen oplost en energie haalt uit samenwerken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor Elektromechanica, Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante en stabiele werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Minimum 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een technische, industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Een vlotte kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bereidheid om ERP- en SHEQ-systemen snel aan te leren.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van het Frans om te communiceren met collega's, leveranciers en klanten. Kennis van Engels is een plus.
  • Een proactieve, flexibele en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend te functioneren.
