Bij Aquafin werken we elke dag aan propere waterlopen en een leefomgeving in harmonie met water. In opdracht van Vlaanderen en lokale besturen realiseren we riolerings- en waterzuiveringsprojecten. Jij wordt een essentiële schakel binnen onze afdeling Wettelijk Kader, die ervoor zorgt dat al onze bouwprojecten voldoen aan de wettelijke voorschriften.

Binnen het multidisciplinaire projectteam ben jij de expert die de vergunningsprocedures in goede banen leidt. Of het nu gaat om omgevingsvergunningen (stedenbouw/milieu/natuur), archeologienota's, machtigingsaanvragen of adviezen - jij zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig en correct verloopt. Dankzij jouw werk kan het projectteam verder bouwen aan een duurzamer Vlaanderen.

Als Expert (Omgevings)vergunningen bij Aquafin speel je een sleutelrol in duurzame waterprojecten door mensen en regelgeving samen te brengen. Met jouw expertise en verbindende aanpak zorg je ervoor dat elk project vlot en volgens de wettelijke normen gerealiseerd wordt. Je bent veel meer dan een dossierbeheerder. Je bent de motor achter de vergunningsprocedures en een bruggenbouwer tussen regelgeving en realisatie.

  • Jij denkt vooruit: je volgt Ruimtelijke Uitvoeringsplannen (RUP) op en begeleidt studiebureaus, ruimtelijke planners en gemeenten bij de opmaak ervan.
  • Jij brengt mensen samen: je communiceert helder met alle betrokkenen, van overheden tot interne teams, en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op één lijn zit.
  • Jij inspireert: met jouw expertise en overtuigingskracht help je collega's en externe partners om samen het verschil te maken.
  • Jij ziet kansen: je vindt vlot je weg in verschillende rechtsdomeinen en denkt mee over oplossingen die onze projecten vooruit helpen.

  • Achtergrond/werkervaring in stedenbouw, ruimtelijke ordening en milieu. Zo weet jij welke vergunningen er precies nodig zijn.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met milieuwetgeving, Omgevingsdecreet en onroerend erfgoed. Om snel te kunnen schakelen waar nodig.
  • Communicatief, netwerker. Gemakkelijk contact leggen en onderhouden met anderen. Je bent diplomatisch en kan onderhandelen.
  • Proactief, klantgericht. Je kan anderen gericht adviseren overtuigen op basis van jouw expertise.
  • Analytisch, oplossingsgericht. Je analyseert informatie kritisch en zet dit om naar concrete acties om tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Organisatorisch talent. Dankzij jouw gefocuste en trefzekere opvolging, zorg je ervoor dat alle vergunningen correct zijn en tijdig in orde geraken zodat Aquafin kan blijven verder werken aan zuiver water.
