Wij zoeken een Financial Controller (minimaal 32-36 uur per week) . Jij zorgt dat de financiële basis van Stichting De Domijnen klopt én klaar is voor de toekomst. Daardoor geef je kunst, cultuur, erfgoed, film en bibliotheekwerk alle ruimte. Dit is jouw podium: leidinggeven aan de afdeling Finance, grip houden op de cijfers en bestaande administratieve stappen ombouwen tot slimme digitale processen. Waarom De Domijnen? Bij De Domijnen werk je niet voor zomaar een organisatie. We brengen professionals, amateurs, cultuurliefhebbers en vrijwilligers samen en maken cultuur bereikbaar voor de stad en de regio. Finance is hier geen eindstation van cijfers, maar de stevige basis voor alles wat we organiseren. Je rapporteert aan de Strategisch Business Controller. Wat ga je doen? ● Je geeft hiërarchisch leiding aan de Financieel Medewerkers en de Medewerkers Finance & Control. Je coacht, verdeelt het werk en helpt het team groeien. ● Je zorgt dat maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen soepel, tijdig en betrouwbaar verlopen. ● Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie, balansposities, aansluitingen, sub administraties en de audit trail. ● Je stelt financiële rapportages, analyses, balansdossiers en het jaarrekeningdossier op. ● Je bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor alle managers van verschillende onderdelen en vertaalt financiële risico's en afwijkingen naar heldere acties. ● Je beheert en vertrekt de administratieve organisatie en de interne control...
