The posting

Voor een tweede verblijf in Knokke zoeken we een betrouwbare en zelfstandige huishoudster op flexi-jobbasis. Het gaat om ongeveer 10 à 12 uur per maand. We zoeken iemand die zich voor lange termijn wil engageren en ervoor zorgt dat de woning steeds netjes, verzorgd en klaar voor gebruik is.

Omschrijving

Als huishoudster sta je in voor het onderhoud en de praktische organisatie van een tweede verblijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles in orde is voor, tijdens en na het verblijf van de eigenaars.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Schoonmaak en onderhoud: de woning om de twee weken controleren, schoonmaken voor en na het verblijf en de ramen aan de binnenkant wassen. De buitenkant van de ramen wordt door een externe firma gereinigd.
  • Voorbereiding van de woning: badkamers en toiletten in orde brengen, handdoeken klaarleggen, toiletpapier en andere benodigdheden aanvullen en een boeketje bloemen op tafel zetten.
  • Boodschappen en voorraad: boodschappen doen en ervoor zorgen dat onder andere koffie, water en andere benodigdheden aanwezig zijn.
  • Ondersteuning tijdens het verblijf: 's morgens langskomen voor het ontbijt, vers fruitsap voorzien, de afwas doen, de bedden opmaken en indien nodig bijkomende schoonmaaktaken uitvoeren. Dit neemt ongeveer twee uur per ochtend in beslag.
  • Praktische opvolging: de brievenbus ledigen, meterstanden opnemen indien gevraagd en aanwezig zijn bij technische interventies of onderhoudswerken.
  • Tuinmeubilair: de tuinmeubelen klaarzetten volgens de zomer- of winteropstelling.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, discreet en nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt je planning afstemmen op de verblijven van de eigenaars.
  • Je zoekt een langdurige samenwerking.
  • Je komt in aanmerking om deze functie als flexi-job uit te oefenen.
  • Ervaring in de schoonmaak of als huishoudhulp is een pluspunt.
