Rejoignez un rôle clé en gérant un magasin de grande distribution non-alimentaire et en dirigeant une équipe vers le succès.

En tant que gérant de magasin, vous prenez en main toutes les activités quotidiennes. Vous coordonnez les opérations, encadrez une équipe motivée et assurez une expérience client de qualité. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir la rentabilité et la bonne gestion du magasin.

- Encadrer et coacher une équipe de 8 à 15 personnes, en veillant à leur organisation, formation et motivation - Planifier et coordonner les activités du magasin pour offrir une offre commerciale claire et attrayante - Gérer les tâches administratives avec rigueur et efficacité - Surveiller les indicateurs clés : chiffre d’affaires, productivité, fréquentation, panier moyen, démarques, stocks et absentéisme - Être présent sur le terrain pour soutenir et guider votre équipe dans les différentes sections - Représenter l’entreprise en partageant sa mission et ses valeurs, et développer des collaborations locales pour renforcer la présence dans la communauté
