DE UITDAGING

Onze samenleving slaagt er niet in om voor iedereen een menswaardig inkomen te garanderen. Daarom is het voor velen moeilijk om voeding en basisproducten te kopen. Steeds meer mensen moeten beroep doen op voedselhulp via sociale kruideniers en voedselbanken. Daarom richtte SAAMO Vlaams-Brabant in 2015 samen met verschillende partners de coöperatie Sociale kruidenier Vlaams-Brabant oftewel Solikoop op. Samen met lokale besturen en organisaties, zet Solikoop (mobiele) solidaire kruidenierwinkels op. Op die manier garanderen we voldoende, kwalitatieve en betaalbare gezonde voeding en basisproducten voor mensen met een laag inkomen.

Solikoop opent in januari 2027 een solidaire kruidenierwinkel in Vilvoorde en zal van daaruit een mobiele winkel in Machelen opstarten. In deze winkels kan iedereen winkelen. Mensen met een laag inkomen betalen een verlaagde prijs; andere klanten betalen een marktconforme prijs voor hetzelfde product.

Vrijwilligers en mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt werken mee in de winkel: ze vullen winkelrekken aan, doen onthaal en kassa, en zorgen zo mee voor een vlotte winkelopening.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor deze winkelmomenten: bij opstart 2 dagen/week in Vilvoorde; vanaf april, 3 dagen/week. Daarnaast rijd je één dagdeel per week met de camionette naar Machelen en organiseer je daar de mobiele winkel in samenwerking met de gemeente en lokale partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze winkelmomenten vlot en efficiënt verlopen: opbouw en afbraak van de winkel, bediening klanten,..

Je coördineert het winkelgebeuren ter plekke en bent eerste contactpersoon voor de lokale partners (lokale besturen, toeleiders en doorverwijzers, lokale leveranciers,..).

Na werving door een collega, werk je nieuwe vrijwilligers en doelgroepmedewerkers in. Je ondersteunt ze bij het uitvoeren van hun taken tijdens de winkelopening en organiseert medewerkersoverleg.

Je werkt op vaste dagen, afhankelijk van de openingsmomenten van de mobiele winkels.

Je voert administratieve taken uit zoals bestellingen plaatsen, opvolging verkoop, verslag, ..

Je bent een enthousiast persoon die gemakkelijk contact legt met iedereen vanuit een open en geïnteresseerde houding

Je bent klantvriendelijk, geduldig en werkt efficiënt

Ervaring in verkoop en/of werken in een sociale context is een meerwaarde

Je doet graag fysiek werk (rekken vullen, in- en uitladen camionette, transpalet bedienen, ..)

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B

Je hebt ervaring of sterke interesse in het samenwerken met vrijwilligers en mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt

Je bent bereid de nodige opleiding te volgen (bediening kassa, werken met laadklep aan camionette,..)

Je kan vlot overweg met Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, ...)

Spreken van meerdere talen is een pluspunt (Frans, Engels,…).
