Als plaatselijke verantwoordelijke van Batteliek ben je een eerste aanspreekpunt omtrent de dagelijkse werking. Je laat Batteliek draaien als een geoliede machine, waarbij alle schakels aangemoedigd worden om naast hun hoofdtaken ook andere verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen. Bij Het Anker geloven we 100% in het potentieel van elke medewerker en jij houdt van de uitdaging om hen dit te laten realiseren.

Wat verwachten we van je:

  • Je bent een meewerkende horecaverantwoordelijke. Dat wil zeggen dat je vast ingeroosterd staat om mee te werken in de zaal. Daarnaast krijg je tijd voor je administratieve taken.
  • Planningen maken voor de zaal. Bij onverwachte afwezigheden, neem je het initiatief om vervanging te zoeken via een pool van flex-medewerkers, studenten of vaste collega’s. Daarbij hoort ook contactname met interimkantoren en de administratieve afhandeling daarvan.
  • De teamwerking en het welbevinden van de collega’s staan voor jou stipt vooraan. Een goed functionerende ploeg heeft enerzijds duidelijke richtlijnen wat wel en ook niet te doen. Anderzijds is een goede teamsfeer iets wat je samen bouwt met de collega’s. Bij aanwervingen van nieuwe studenten, vaste of flex-medewerkers zorg jij mee voor een warm onthaal & opleiding.
  • Je hebt geen gewoon 9 to 5 contract. Avond- en weekendwerk hoort en dus bij. Op maandag en dinsdag is Batteliek gesloten dus dat zijn vaste vrije dagen.
  • Je bent een horeca-beest in hart en nieren.
  • Je hebt een talent om mensen te verbinden: kristalheldere communicaties, neuzen in dezelfde richting en een toffe werkplek creëren, daar ben je voor geboren.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur binnen een vlot bereikbare afstand van Battel.
