Als huloperator ondersteun je de hoofdoperator bij:

  • Het voorbereiden, instellen en opvolgen van de installaties.
  • Het proces mee in de gaten houde en inspringen waar nodig.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je bent iemand die graag actief bezig blijft.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als operator
  • Je kan duidelijk en vlot samenwerken met collega-operatoren, supervisor en ondersteunende diensten
  • Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten
  • Je werkt, registreert en controleert nauwkeurig volgens de juiste specificaties
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit

Het bedrijf

Je solliciteert voor een producent van gewalste aluminiumproducten, waarvan 75% naar de autosector gaat. Jaarlijks wordt er 200.000 ton aluminium geproduceerd door hun team van ongeveer 1000 werknemers.
