Wil jij mee bepalen hoe de ICT-infrastructuur van provincie Antwerpen er morgen uitziet? Als ICT architect infrastructuur vertaal je organisatienoden naar duidelijke architectuurkeuzes en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Je bewaakt de samenhang van onze ICT-infrastructuur en zorgt er zo mee voor dat onze collega's elke dag veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken.

Wie zijn wij?

Je komt terecht in het team ICT Architectuur van de dienst Algemene ICT Ondersteuning (https://www.provincieantwerpen.be/nl/departementen/departement-ict/algemene-ict-ondersteuning) binnen het departement Informatie- en Communicatietechnologie (https://www.provincieantwerpen.be/nl/departementen/departement-ict).

Samen bouwen we aan een veilige, betrouwbare, beheersbare en toekomstgerichte ICT-omgeving voor de hele provinciale organisatie. Daarmee ondersteunen we collega's in het provinciehuis en op onze verschillende provinciale locaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere architecten, projectteams en collega's die de noden van de organisatie in kaart brengen. Kennis delen, eigenaarschap en klantgericht samenwerken staan daarbij centraal.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je ontwerpt. Je vertaalt de noden van onze diensten naar een samenhangend infrastructuurlandschap en bepaalt mee hoe dit landschap op middellange en lange termijn evolueert.
  • Je geeft richting. Samen met het architectuurteam bepaal je architecturale prioriteiten en vertaal je deze naar roadmaps, veranderinitiatieven en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je bewaakt de architectuur. Je werkt architectuurprincipes, standaarden en richtlijnen uit, houdt ze actueel en ziet erop toe dat ze consequent worden toegepast.
  • Je bewaakt de samenhang. Je kijkt over de verschillende infrastructuurdomeinen heen en zorgt ervoor dat keuzes rond onder meer netwerk, informatiebeveiliging, cloud, systemen en werkplekbeheer op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je begeleidt projecten. Je neemt een richtinggevende rol op in overkoepelende infrastructuurprojecten, ondersteunt projectteams bij belangrijke technische keuzes en bewaakt de gekozen architecturale richting.
  • Je adviseert, verbindt en stemt af. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, technische specialisten, projectteams en andere betrokkenen. Je leidt het overleg rond ICT-infrastructuur, brengt verschillende perspectieven samen en deelt actief je expertise.
  • Je maakt ruimte voor vernieuwing. Je volgt technologische ontwikkelingen, evalueert bestaande oplossingen en initieert waar relevant analyses, proof-of-concepts of innovatieprojecten.
  • Je kijkt verder dan technologie alleen. Bij architectuurkeuzes hou je rekening met informatiebeveiliging, continuïteit, beheersbaarheid, schaalbaarheid, kostenefficiëntie en de volledige levenscyclus van technologie.

Wat breng je mee?

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen ICT-infrastructuur en redeneert op masterniveau.

Je toont dit niveau aan met een masterdiploma of een gelijkgesteld diploma. Heb je voldoende relevante ervaring maar geen masterdiploma? Dan kan je na een succesvolle redeneertest verder deelnemen aan de selectieprocedure.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Brede ICT-blik: je hebt een goed inzicht in infrastructuurarchitectuur en begrijpt hoe verschillende domeinen met elkaar samenhangen. Je bent vertrouwd met meerdere domeinen, zoals netwerk, security, cloud, systemen en platformen, IoT en operationele technologie en werkplekbeheer.
  • Analytische en strategische denker: je doorgrondt complexe vragen, brengt verschillende scenario’s en afwegingen in kaart en maakt onderbouwde keuzes met oog voor de lange termijn.
  • Resultaatgerichte doener: je vertaalt visie, architectuurprincipes en prioriteiten naar concrete en haalbare initiatieven en bewaakt mee het resultaat.
  • Heldere communicator: je legt complexe technische keuzes helder en begrijpelijk uit aan zowel technische als niet-technische gesprekspartners.
  • Teamspeler: je brengt collega's, experten en andere betrokkenen samen en werkt toe naar oplossingen die technisch onderbouwd en breed gedragen zijn.
  • Klantgericht: je luistert naar de noden van collega's en diensten en zoekt naar oplossingen die technisch sterk, haalbaar en bruikbaar zijn.
  • Eigenaarschap: je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid, durft richting te geven en betrekt de juiste mensen om tot een goed resultaat te komen.
  • Nieuwsgierige innovator: je volgt technologische ontwikkelingen, onderzoekt nieuwe mogelijkheden en durft bestaande oplossingen kritisch in vraag te stellen.
