Als Inkoper Boomkwekerij combineer je jouw commerciële inzicht met een passie voor bomen, heesters en sierplanten. Pak de regie over het inkoopproces en bouw mee aan een sterk en toekomstgericht assortiment! Wat ga je doen? Als Inkoper Boomkwekerij bij onze opdrachtgever zorg je voor de juiste balans tussen kwaliteit, prijs en beschikbaarheid. Je koopt bomen, hagen, heesters, vaste planten en andere sierplanten in bij kwekers en leveranciers. Daarbij onderhandel je over scherpe prijzen en gunstige leveringsvoorwaarden. Je beoordeelt het assortiment en zorgt ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. Je bent regelmatig onderweg om kwekers en leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland te bezoeken. Tijdens deze bezoeken beoordeel je de kwaliteit, bespreek je beschikbaarheid en bouw je aan sterke samenwerkingen. Ook volg je ontwikkelingen binnen de boomkwekerij en sierteeltsector. Zo ontdek je nieuwe producten en speel je op tijd in op veranderingen in de markt. Naast het onderhouden van leveranciersrelaties werk je aan een soepel en betrouwbaar inkoopproces. Je houdt rekening met seizoensgebonden vraag, voorraadniveaus en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Dreigt er een tekort aan bepaalde producten? Dan zoek je direct naar geschikte alternatieven. Samen met collega's van inkoop, category management en marketing zorg je voor een aantrekkelijk assortiment en een gezonde marge.
