Junior aankoper – groeifunctie met impact Net afgestudeerd en klaar om écht verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen? Of heb je al een eerste ervaring en wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen aankoop, productie en supply chain?

Voor een groeiend bedrijf in regio Kortemark zoeken we een Junior Aankoper met goesting om bij te leren, initiatief te nemen en op termijn een belangrijke rol op te nemen binnen het aankoopverhaal.

Dit is geen functie waarbij je de hele dag achter je computer blijft zitten. We zoeken iemand die wil begrijpen hoe het bedrijf écht werkt. Iemand die naast analyses en administratie ook graag eens de werkvloer op gaat, vragen stelt en mee zoekt naar oplossingen.

Een schoolverlater met de juiste ingesteldheid is absoluut welkom. Je krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om de werking te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Wij vragen

Ben je net afgestudeerd? Zeker welkom. Ervaring is minder belangrijk dan je ingesteldheid en interesse om bij te leren.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een economische, agro- of voedingsgerelateerde richting. Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in aankoop, productie en supply chain.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en werkt graag met cijfers en Excel. Je bent vlot met Word, Excel en PowerPoint. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en leveranciers.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent hands-on, nieuwsgierig en proactief. Je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over hoe zaken beter kunnen.

Jouw groeitraject Dit is een functie voor iemand die op termijn mee het aankoopverhaal wil dragen. Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke voor aankoop en productie en leert de verschillende processen van dichtbij kennen. Naarmate je groeit in kennis en ervaring, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

We zoeken dus niet gewoon iemand voor een administratieve aankoopfunctie. We zoeken iemand die mee wil groeien met het bedrijf.
